hi,after my 4 week old chick died i was wondering if anyone can help me on advice on hand rearing,although i know there are no guarantees of survival i am willing to put the time in.chick was doing well the day before it died so when do you remove them to hand rear etc and what are the pitfalls of hand rearing-ie do you have to remove it from the aviary to handrear?really appreciate any help,thanks
